BAKED FRENCH TOAST 
6 eggs
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 med. loaf French or Italian bread, cut diagonally in 1" slices

In 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish beat eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and salt until light and frothy. Add bread and let soak 20 minutes on each side or until egg mixture is absorbed, or cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake on greased baking sheet at 500 degrees, 8 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serves 4.
