PARTY POTATOES | |
8-10 potatoes, peeled and cooked 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 8 oz. sour cream 3 tbsp. chives Salt and pepper to taste Garlic salt (optional) Butter 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese Paprika Blend the cream cheese and sour cream in small bowl and set aside. Mash potatoes thoroughly until smooth. Add cream cheese mixture and beat well. Stir in chives. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread in 9x13 inch buttered pan. At this point, potatoes may be covered and put in refrigerator. One hour before serving, dot with butter, and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
