5 lbs. or 9 lg. potatoes
6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Boil potatoes in salted water and mash. Add ingredients to mashed potatoes, beat until light and fluffy. Cool, spread in 13 x 9 inch greased baking dish. Cover and refrigerate. To bake, dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees about 45-60 minutes. Grease pan. Garnish with paprika.
