PARTY POTATOES 
10 med. potatoes, peeled
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chives or green onions

Boil and drain potatoes. Whip together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder and chives or green onions. Beat in potatoes a few at a time. Place in a 2 quart casserole, dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 people.
