4 to 6 potatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
4 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 to 2 tbsp. chives
1 to 2 tbsp. soft butter

Mash potatoes and cream cheese, don't add milk. Add sour cream, garlic salt and chives. Whip. Put in casserole. Brush with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
