8-10 potatoes, peeled and boiled 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sour cream Milk Salt and garlic salt to taste 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. chopped green onions 1/8 tsp. paprika Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 quart casserole. In a large bowl beat sour cream and cream cheese until blended. Add hot potatoes, one at a time. Beat until light and fluffy. Add milk if potatoes are too stiff. Season with salt and garlic salt. Add onions. Spoon into casserole and dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes. |
