SPICY GRILLED POTATOES 
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 lg. potatoes (2 lbs.)

Brush aluminum foil with butter. In a small bowl, combine ingredients. Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch wedges. Place on foil. Brush with mix. Place on grill in aluminum pan 3 to 4 inches from heat, 30 to 35 minutes.
