SPICY GRILLED POTATOES 
Scrub potatoes. Slice or chop or cut into strips. Place pieces on foil. Sprinkle potatoes with some onion salt, celery salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Dot with a couple tablespoons butter. Bring edges of foil together and seal tight. Cook on grill over coals for 20 to 30 minutes, turning packages several times.
