CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5 large eggs
3 c. flour
2/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. butter flavoring

Cream butter, Crisco, and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients and milk alternately to egg mixture. Beat until well blended. Add flavoring. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Grease and flour tube pan or bundt pan.

Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 box confectioner's sugar
Dash of salt
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. rum, 1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together all above and beat until smooth. Spread over hot cake.
