SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
1 can (14 oz.) artichokes, drained and cut in half
2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. seasoned Italian bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Arrange artichokes in 9 inch square baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs and 2 tbsp. butter. Pour over artichokes; cover with crumbs and dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6. May be frozen.
