CYN'S SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE
CASSEROLE
 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
2 cans artichoke hearts, mashed
1 lg. square cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 can sliced water chestnuts
3 tbsp. sour cream

Mix all of the above ingredients and place in baking dish. Cover with 1/2 stick melted butter and 1/2 bag of Pepperidge Farm stuffing. Bake until hot in 350 degree oven.
