ROQUEFORT DRESSING 
1 pt. mayonnaise
1/2 c. buttermilk
3 1/2 oz. pkg. Blue or Roquefort cheese
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
3 tbsp. ketchup

Mash cheese thoroughly. Do not leave lumps. Mix buttermilk, mayonnaise, garlic salt, and ketchup; add cheese. Mix thoroughly. Keep in quart glass jar in refrigerator. This dressing is delicious on combination salads.
