1 yellow cake mix
1 sm. box instant pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. nutmeg
34 c. sherry (not cooking sherry)

Beat all ingredients together for 6 minutes. Put in bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes before removing from pan. Top with powdered sugar.
