EGG NOG CAKE 
pkg. yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
3/4 c. sherry cooking wine (Holland House)
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. water

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into a greased tube pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
