EASY CHEESE CAKES 
12 foil muffin cups.

CRUST:

12 nilla wafers, crunched
1 tsp. in each muffin cup

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar

Blend well. Pour over crumbs in muffin cups. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour. Garnish with any flavor pie filling or use fresh fruit.
