2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
Vanilla wafers
Muffin baking cups

Mix everything in blender. Place 1 vanilla wafer in muffin baking cup; pour cream cheese mix about 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
