LITTLE CHERRY CHEESE CAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
28 vanilla wafer cookies
1 can cherry pie filling
Muffin cups
Prepared canned pie filling

Slowly beat cream cheese. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add sugar and vanilla, blend well. Put a vanilla wafer in each muffin cup. Fill 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Mixture will not brown. Cool on rack. Top with prepared canned pie filling of your choice.
