LITTLE CHEESE CAKES 
12 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Place 12 foil liners in muffin tin. Put one vanilla wafer in each liner. Mix vanilla, cream cheese and sugar until blended. Add eggs, mix again. Fill each liner 3/4 full with batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from pan when cool. Chill. Leave liners on until ready to eat. Top with strawberries, cherries, preserves, pineapple or chocolate.
