EASY BEEF BRISKET 
3 to 4 lb. beef brisket
Flour
1 pkg. dry Lipton's onion soup mix

Rinse beef. Dust with flour. Lay fat side down on large piece of aluminum foil. Spread dry soup mix over top of meat. Wrap meat loosely in foil and seal tight. Place on 9 x 13 inch bake pan or broiler pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 4 to 5 hours. Slice cross grain when cooled. May be rewarmed. After cooked, scrape off fat easily from bottom of meat.
