FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
Pasta
1/2 c. butter
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1/2 pt. light cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Romano cheese
1/4 c. parsley, fresh

Melt butter; add parsley, cream and cheeses. Pour over hot pasta and toss!
