POUND CAKE | |
2 sticks butter 2 scant c. sugar 5 eggs 2 c. Swans Down cake flour 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, alternating with flour. Add vanilla flavoring. Grease and flour tube pan (I use Baker's Joy to do this). Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Recipe given to me by my mother. |
