STUFFED SHRIMP 
12 lg. shrimp, average 1 oz. each
1 c. (3 oz.) fresh mushrooms, diced
3 tbsp. liquid natural butter flavored granules
1 green onion, minced
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. dry natural butter, flavored granules
1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat
Dash garlic salt
Lemon juice to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Devein and butterfly shrimp; slash outer edges so that they will lie flat. Place on baking sheet. In a small saucepan, combine mushrooms, liquid natural butter-flavored granules and onions; saute. Mix in parsley, dry natural butter-flavored granules, crabmeat and garlic salt. Divide crab mixture evenly among shrimp and sprinkle with lemon juice. Bake until shrimp turns pink, about 15 minutes. Note: Use butter in place of liquid.
