BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP 
1/2 lb. scallops
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
8 oz. mushrooms
1/2 onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 lb. U-8 shrimp

Dice scallops, mushrooms, onion. Saute onion in 1/8 cup butter. Add scallops and mushrooms. Crush Ritz crackers, mix with sauteed mixture. Mix in 1/4 cup softened butter. Place mixture on shrimp. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
