BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP 
15 to 20 frozen or fresh jumbo shrimp
1 c. rolled Ritz cracker crumbs
1 c. finely crushed potato chips
1 stick melted butter
1 pt. scallops or crabmeat, chopped fine
Garlic salt and onion salt or dried chives to suit taste
Enough milk to make a light, fluffy dressing

Thaw and drain shrimp. Flatten shrimp in a buttered shallow baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients and make a dressing. Put a generous amount of dressing on each flattened out shrimp.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until shrimp meat has turned white. Serves 4 to 5.
