BAKED STUFFED LOBSTER 
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. sherry
6 oz. minced clams or shrimp or broth
2 lobsters
Tomali from lobster

Clean lobsters placing "tomali" in fry pan. Crush crackers with rolling pin. Slowly melt buter with "tomali". Add crackers and mix over low heat. Add minced clams/shrimp and stir. Add small amount of sherry and mix. Don't over cook. When mixture is moist and heated, add to lobster cavity. Bake for 30 minutes.
