2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 onion, chopped fine
5 eggs
16 oz. cottage cheese
10 oz. frozen broccoli, thawed
1 1/2 sticks melted butter

Combine all ingredients and bake in 9"x13" glass pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
