NANNY'S CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
1 box Jiffy yellow cornbread mix
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. can cream style corn
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted

Mix meal and milk, set aside. Beat eggs and add corn. Stir in oil and sugar and add to meal and milk mixture. Stir in sour cream. Pour into greased 7 x 11 inch baking dish. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake 40 minutes more. Pour melted butter over top and serve immediately. Serves 8.
