CHOCOLATE SAUCE FOR ICE CREAM
TOPPING
 
7/8 c. evaporated milk (3/4 c. and 2 tbsp.)
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. butter

Mix sugar, cocoa and butter. Stir over low heat for 2 minutes. Set off heat for about 1 minute and slowly add milk. Stir. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
