SHRIMP VICTORIA 
2 lbs. shrimp, cleaned & deveined
1 lb. onions, chopped
1 lb. sour cream
1 can mushrooms, steam & piece OR 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)

In a pan, melt butter. Add onions and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for about 15 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Add pepper and flour, stirring well. Add milk, stir well and simmer until it thickens. Turn fire off and add sour cream. Serve over white rice.
