SHRIMP MOLD 
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. minced celery
1/2 c. minced green pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp or 1/2 lb. fresh steamed shrimp; shelled and deveined
2 pkg. Knox gelatin in 1/4 c. warm water

Melt cheese and soup until smooth; add all ingredients but the gelatin. Melt gelatin until clear. Blend into mixture and pour into mold. Tupperware circular mold works well. Chill overnight.
