SPICY SHRIMP PATE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. chili sauce
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/3 tsp. hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
2/3 lb. steamed shrimp, peeled, deveined and cut into pieces

Mix all ingredients well. Chill for 3 hours in a bowl or mold. Use a smooth bowl or mold for this recipe since it contains no gelatin. Invert to serve or just serve from bowl. Serve with crackers. Can also be used as a spread for sandwiches or as a stuffing for celery. Makes 10 servings.
