CRISPY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. broccoli
2 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. grated cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. pepper

Wash broccoli, trim off butt end. Split to flowerettes. Cook in 1/2 cup boiling water with 1/2 tsp. salt covered until crisp, about 10 minutes. Drain and layer in 1 quart buttered casserole. Mix together cottage cheese, eggs, onion, salt, Worcestershire sauce, cheddar cheese and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Add rest of bread crumbs to melted butter. Spoon over broccoli and pat down. Be sure to cover broccoli. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
