CRISPY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. seasoned stuffing or seasoned croutons
1 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
4 c. chicken or turkey, cut up
2-4 tsp. minced onion
1 can sliced water chestnuts

Mix stuffing with butter. Put half of mixture in greased 9x13 pan.

Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over stuffing mixture. Spread the other half of stuffing mixture on top. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes, or until bubbly and brown.
