RUSSIAN ROCK COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
3 eggs, well beaten
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 lb. raisins
1 lb. shelled pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs alternately with mixed dry ingredients. Add vanilla. Drop from spoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 100 small cookies.
