POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 to 8 med. potatoes, boil whole in jacket, peel, slice thin or grate
1 pt. sour cream (2 c.)
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/3 c. green onions, chopped
1 c. cream-of-chicken or celery soup
2 tbsp. fried bacon, crumbled
Lawry's seasoned salt & pepper to taste

Toss together and put in a greased casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs (fresh bread). Make crumbs in blender and melt butter and pour over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes (until bubbly).
