ENGLISH MUFFIN EGG BAKE 
7 English muffins or 1 loaf muffin bread
1/2 lb. ham, chopped
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, slices
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
8 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted

Butter muffins (or bread) and place a layer in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer cheese, ham and cheese. Then layer of muffins. Mix egg, milk, salt and mustard. Pour over the layers. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, mix Corn Flakes and melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees.

This is the best egg bake ever. Because of the calorie and cholesterol content, I only make it about once a year for Thanksgiving or Christmas, but it is so worth the wait. Absolutely fantastic.
