POTATOES ITALIAN 
4 lg. potatoes, baked
8 oz. (2 1/2 c.) shredded cheese
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 med. tomatoes, sliced
1/2 lb. precooked Italian, Polish sausage or Kielbasa

Combine cheese, onion and seasoning. Slice potatoes in half lengthwise, placing cut side up in baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheese mixture. Top with tomatoes, sausage, then remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 4 main dish servings.
