BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. grated onion
Salt and pepper
2 (10 oz.) boxes chopped broccoli, cooked

TOPPING:

3 slices bread, cubed or croutons
1 stick butter, melted

Place cooked broccoli in a 2-quart casserole dish. Mix first 6 ingredients together and pour over broccoli. Toss bread cubes or croutons with melted butter until well coated. Put over casserole. Bake 20-25 minutes in 400 degree oven.
