BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. onion
1 can mushrooms
1 stick butter
1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds
1 (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Croutons

Saute onion and mushrooms in butter. Take onion and mushrooms out of butter. Add slivered almonds to saute. Remove. Melt Cheez Whiz in butter. Thaw broccoli. Put into 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole. Pour soup-cheese mixture, onion, mushrooms and almonds over broccoli. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, covered. Uncover, stir and add croutons on top. Bake 15 minutes more, uncovered. This can be made ahead of time, and is excellent warmed over. Serves 6.
