TURKEY CASSEROLE (MAY USE
CHICKEN OR TUNA, TOO!)
 
3 c. cooked turkey (chicken or tuna)
1 pkg. juniorettes noodles (curly) 7 oz. uncooked
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. chicken broth
1 can Golden mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. diced green pepper
1 sm. jar pimento
1 onion, diced
1 can water chestnuts, diced

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and let stand overnight. Put in greased casserole dish and top with grated cheese (sharp Cheddar or any flavor you prefer). Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. If dry add remaining chicken broth or chicken bouillon.
