SALMON SALAD 
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can salmon, broken in pieces
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. onion, cut fine
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery, cut fine
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Mix all ingredients together; serve on lettuce. For tuna salad, use same ingredients with two cans (7 ounce) of tuna instead of salmon.
