SALMON SALAD 
1 can pink salmon
2 tbsp. lemon juice
5 tbsp. sweet relish
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
4 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. diced celery

Drain and flake salmon. Soften cream cheese and mix all ingredients. Pour in serving dish and refrigerate.
