TERIYAKI STEAK 
1/2 c. (5 oz. bottle) soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced or
1/8 tsp. instant minced garlic
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 flank steak (1 1/2-2 lb.)

In shallow bowl or plastic bag, combine all ingredients except flank steak. Add steak, coating with marinade. Cover tightly and refrigerate 6-24 hours, turning occasionally. Remove from marinade. Broil or grill over hot coals; placing about 2 inches from heat and broiling 5 minutes on each side.
