ITALIAN EGGS 
5 boiled eggs, sliced
4 tbsp. butter
5 tbsp. flour
1 small can tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. grated cheese

Melt butter. Add flour. When well blended, stir tomatoes, celery, onions and cheese into this. Cook until slightly thickened. Add salt and 1/3 teaspoon paprika. Turn into buttered casserole, sprinkled with bread crumbs. Dot with butter.

Bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
