SHRIMP PILOU 
3/4 c. butter
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
1 can onion soup
2 c. rice, uncooked
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1-1 1/2 lb. sm. to med. shrimp, cleaned & uncooked
Salt, pepper, seasoned salt & Tabasco sauce to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and pour into a 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole dish. Bake approximately 1 hour.
