Sweet and Sour Pork Loin Medallions

 James S. (Texas) says:
I prefer the sauce reduced a little more, after taking the pork out of the pan, by turning heat to high and stirring for a few minutes. The pork and the sauce were very good. A sweet sauce compared to a chinese sweet and sour sauce. The pork was sweet as well, It was a delicious meal.

This was a great recipe I added a little spicy with chile garlic paste. This was much better than the chinese restaurant sauce!!

I made this recipe based on the other two reviews. I found it to be rather a poor recipe. I added brown sugar and balsamic vinegar along with the garlic chili paste just to bring out more flavor. This doctored it up enough to be edible. I won't be making this again. Good thing it was bland enough to alter.
