SUMMER SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1/2 c. spinach
1/4 c. zucchini, sliced
1 c. thin sliced onions
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 c. pickled beets, sliced
Roquefort salad dressing

Tear lettuce and spinach in bite size. Mix with onions, zucchini, and beets. Toss lightly with salad dressing.
