1 box of yellow cake mix Duncan Hines
4 whole eggs
1/2 c. of oil
1 tbsp. vanilla
11 oz. can of mandarin orange slices

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat all cake ingredients 8 to 10 minutes until all orange slices are broken up. This mixture will be thin. Grease and flour 13x9 inch pan. Add cake mixture, bake 30 minutes or until done.

ICING:

1 box of Cool Whip
1 box of instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
Crushed pecans nuts

Beat Cool Whip, pudding and pineapples together about 7 minutes. Put this in refrigerator until cake is cool; spread on cake. Sprinkle with crushed pecans nuts. Keep cake in refrigerator at all times.
