1 box yellow Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1 env. Dream Whip
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges, undrained
1/2 c. cooking oil

Mix above well. Flour and grease 3 (8 inch) cake pans. Pour mixture into cake pans. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cake cool completely.

ICING:

1 (13 1/2 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (No 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix

Mix well. Spread on cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
