REFRESHING SUMMER CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix (do not use mix with pudding in the mix) 4 eggs 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges plus juice 1/2 c. cooking oil Mix according to box directions (at least 2 minutes). Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan (greased) at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool cake. TOPPING: 1 (3.5 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding 1 (9 oz.) container Dream Whip 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple plus juice Mix and let stand 30 minutes. Frost cake. Refrigerate. Serve chilled. |
